Lunch with Angie & kids

Lunch with Angie & kids

My niece Angie Goering from Grand Junction Co. came to visit with her children and stopped by to see me and take me to lunch with her and children...what a great time we had. She is the best! The kids were so well behaved it was a joy and a half to be with them and for me to say that, well that is something. Kids are not my fortay. But, they are so enjoyable I loved every minute of it. We went to Valentinos buffet and had the best Italian food and great time. I miss them and I am so glad I get to follow there blog and keep up with there busy lives. Her Dad, my brother Dave who lives in a very small town about 63 miles southeast of me we email each other all the time. Well I sent him the address of our cousin in Louisiana. I finally found the address again. The last time I talked with them was right before Katrina hit and it was the night before and they were getting ready for the storm to hit. And I never talked to them again. Well I finally found there address again on msn live search. And gave the info to Dave and he called them. I dont have long distance on my phone. And they are okay. Praise God for that. Well I will try and get back more often. See ya and God Bless. Donna Jean.

My Soaps

From 11am till 3am I am indisposed. Or rather enthralled with the tv. Yes I am a soap opera junkie. I love them. I am devoted and cant imagine losing my friends to something like shopping or lunch with friends or that kind of stuff....well maybe, if I had any money; but I dont. So I watch my friends on tv and I cry with them and I call them names and I get upset with them and I ogle there gorgeous clothes and jewelry and look forward to the newest hairstyles that they keep up with.
I think soaps are a wonderful creation, please dont get rid of my friends they are the ones I have had the longest and I adore them. Donna

Being 58

It isnt easy being 58, but actually it isnt as hard as being 28 either. I am much happier now than I was then. Then the only thing is, I much prefer how I looked then than now, but that is all.

I love my life. I have a great apartment and husband and friends and well, what can I say about my dog except that he is just the best dog in the world. And my cat is warming up to me since she came into heat and my husband and I still speak and in June it will be 16 years that we have been married! So, I cant complain. My nephew might as well be my boy, he is so awesome, he is going to school and doing great and has a nice wife and 2 daughters that are special. I will include some pictures. Yep, I live in Nebraska and it is 8 degrees out and we dont even mind. Now that is a good life. Donna Jean

Supernatural

Supernatural is the greatest show..well, it is, next to Lost. I love both of them. Supernatural is so vivid and Lost is so compelling, actually I can get "Lost" in both of them. But Lost is wednesday nights and Supernatural is thursdays. So the best 2 nites in a row. How about that? If you like these shows you will love to listen to www.CoasttoCoastam.com. This is a great website and you can find your local radio station to listen to it on, you have to pay to get streaming from the website. But it is great! All of the best from Midnight to 5am 7 nites a week. UFO's, ghosts, evp's, terrorist plots, demonic possession, you name it. The show is live every night and has it all. You can link to any of the shows websites at anytime and see what they are talking about. I will be listening......will you?
